A 30% RESTOCKING FEE is charged if the item is returned in a different condition than previously sent.
Items MUST be returned unused, & in original condition. Returns must include original tags (if any) and tamper seals still attached to the item. New items with detached tags, and/or opened/used, WILL NOT be accepted for returns.
For domestic orders, return requests MUST be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Return requests made after this period will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
The buyer pays for return shipping. If the buyer changes his mind about a product, he is responsible for return shipping
Buyers who falsely claim an item was “not as described” are responsible for return shipping. A “buyer abuse” case will also be opened with ebay. A 30% restocking fee will also be applied to returns with false “item not described as” claims.
If a new item is forcibly returned after being used, or with detached tags, a non-negotiable 30% restocking fee will be applied to recover the decreased value of the item - that is the refund minus 30% of the item total will be issued back to the buyer.
A 30% restocking fee will also be applied for used items that have been returned in a different condition from previously sent (includes but is not limited to new stains, tears, rips & visible damages).
All international sales are final. Please observe all details carefully as we DO NOT accept returns for international sales.
