Your tumbler is then thoughtfully packaged and shipped to you.
Care Instructions and Warranty Information:
These tumblers are laser engraved (no vinyl) and designed to last a lifetime with proper care. For longevity, we recommend hand-washing the tumbler, including the lids and straws. When securing the lid, always hold the tumbler at the base to prevent stress on the handle, as using it as a leverage point may cause it to break.
Please note, while we guarantee the quality of our engraving services, we do not manufacture or provide warranties for the tumblers themselves. If your tumbler arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Damage reported after this period cannot be attributed to our handling or packaging processes.
